Details
What's wrong: One or both of the bolts that retain the brake caliper to the axle may have missed a final assembly torque operation. Consequently they may be loose or possibly missing.
Why it matters: Caliper disengagement from the axle could result causing reduced vehicle stability when braking and possibly locking up of the affected wheel.
The fix: Dealers will inspect these vehicles to verify that the proper torque has been applied.
