Details
What's wrong: The furnace is exposed to a storage compartment.
Why it matters: Items stored in the compartment under the range could come in contact with the furnace, potentially becoming heated and result in a fire.
The fix: Dealers will install sidewall paneling to the exposed furnace opening. This will separate the furnace from the storage compartment under the range.
