What's wrong: There is an improper seal at the front dash area on the passenger side.
Why it matters: The location may not be sealed and could allow carbon monoxide fumes into the occupant compartment.
The fix: Dealers will have new foam installed under dash trim and "a" pillar on the passenger side of the vehicle. Owner notification is expected to begin during October 2001.
