Details
What's wrong: On certain sport utility vehicles with anti-lock brake system (ABS), the ABS control module software program may cause the rear brakes to lock up during certain braking conditions.
Why it matters: This could result in a loss of vehicle control and a crash could occur without warning.
The fix: Dealers will reprogram the ABS control module. The recall is expected to begin on December 12, 2005.
