What's wrong:
Why it matters: This does not meet the requirements of the standard.
The fix: Dealers will remove the swivel and install a new design of swivel that does not require a reinforcing plate in order to meet the standard. This service will be performed free of charge. The safety recall began on January 15, 2010.
