What's wrong: The remote receiver is not compatible with the high speed landing gear motor. If the motor is operated in a binding situation, the remote receiver may be damaged and overheat due to an inadequate breaker and fuse protection and the excessive current draw of the motor.

Why it matters: Continuing to operate the landing gear motor in this condition will increase the risk of fire.

The fix: Keystone rv will notify owners and the vehicles will be repaired free of charge. The safety recall began on July 8, 2010.
