Details
What's wrong: Affects vehicles equipped with atwood Mobile products (atwood) furnaces. The furnaces were produced with a defective gas control valve which can stick in the open position.
Why it matters: If the gas valve sticks in the open position, gas could leak out and, in the presence of an ignition source, result in a fire.
The fix: Crossroads will notify owners, and dealers will repair the furnaces, free of charge. The safety recall began on August 17, 2012.
