What's wrong: The front brake master cylinder reservoir hose might interfere with the threading end of the reservoir retaining screw.

Why it matters: The front brake master cylinder reservoir hose might interfere with the threading end of the reservoir of the retaining screw causing damage to the hose, which could lead to a front brake system failure, increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix: Ducati will notify owners, and authorized dealers will install a cap nut and a washer at the end of the reservoir retaining screw, free of charge. The safety recall began on October 15, 2012.
