Details
What's wrong: Due to the inaccurate label, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard no. 110, "tire selection and rims."
Why it matters: An inaccurate label may lead to the tire being replaced with one of an incorrect rim diameter. Two different diameter tires would reduce the handling ability of the trailer, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Starcraft will notify owners and will provide a corrected label free of charge. The safety recall began on October 17, 2012.
