Details
What's wrong: The affected vehicles may be equipped with rear head restraints that may not stay locked in the upright position at very low temperatures.
Why it matters: If the vehicle is involved in a crash in very low temperatures, the rear head restraints may not function as intended, increasing the risk of rearseat occupant injury.
The fix: Mbusa will notify owners, and dealers will replace the rear head restraints, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin in October 2016.
