Details

What's wrong: The affected vehicles have a vertically-mounted furnace installed such that the exhaust ports may be at the top of the furnace instead of at the bottom.

Why it matters: If the ports are located in the wrong area it can cause restriction in the chamber, making the furnace operation unsafe, increasing the risk of injury.

The fix: Cruiser will notify owners, and dealers will reinstall the furnace so that the exhaust port is at the bottom, free of charge. The recall began on March 8, 2017.
