Details
What's wrong: The pelvis air bag or the front passenger air bag inflator initiator may fail to ignite in the event of a crash.
Why it matters: If the pelvis airbag or the front passenger airbag does not deploy as intended in the event of a crash, the occupants have an increased risk of injury.
The fix: Mbusa will notify owners, and dealers will replace the affected air bag modules, free of charge. The recall began March 2017.
