Details
What's wrong: Affects vehicles equipped with the "business lounge seat" option. The attachment bolts between the seat adapter and the vehicle may not have been properly tightened.
Why it matters: If the bolts were not properly tightened, in the event of a crash, the occupants may have an increased risk of injury.
The fix: None of the affected vehicles have been sold and are quarantined on dealer lots. Bmw dealers will replace the attachment bolts for the seat adapter, free of charge. The recall began on February 27, 2019.
