Details
What's wrong: The metal battery hold down straps or their mounting brackets may contact the terminals for the auxiliary batteries, possibly resulting in a short circuit.
Why it matters: A battery short circuit may increase the risk of a fire.
The fix: Rev will notify owners, and dealers will rework the motorhomes to prevent the auxiliary batteries from shorting against the battery hold down straps and strap mounting brackets, free of charge. The recall began May 8, 2019.
