What's wrong: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Rockport work trucks. The inline fuse that protects the cargo and compartment lights circuit may not have been installed during production.
Why it matters: Without inline fuse protection, excess current cause the wiring to melt, increasing the risk of a fire.
The fix: Forest river has notified owners, and dealers will install an inline fuse, free of charge. The recall began April 8, 2019.
