Details
What's wrong: Wires located in the electrical junction box may move around and contact an extra screw that was errantly installed.
Why it matters: Contact with the screw may result in the wiring insulation being damaged, increasing the risk of an electrical short circuit and a fire.
The fix: Tmc will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the junction box and remove the extra screw, and repair any damaged wiring, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began July 15, 2019.
