What's wrong: Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Jay Feather x19h travel trailers. The handles for the emergency exit windows may not allow the windows to open sufficiently for them to be used as an emergency egress.
Why it matters: If an occupant is unable to exit through the egress window in the event of an emergency, there is an increased risk of an injury.
The fix: Jayco will notify owners, and dealers will replace the emergency window handles, free of charge. The recall began October 11, 2019.
