Details
What's wrong: Water may collect in the throttle cable, which can freeze in cold temperatures, resulting in a stuck throttle.
Why it matters: If the throttle sticks open, there would be an increased risk of a crash.
The fix: Bmw will replace the throttle cable with an improved version, free of charge. The recall began August 19, 2020.
