Details

What's wrong: Due to potentially damaged aluminum frame threads, the front frame suspension arm anchor bolt may have been insufficiently tightened.

Why it matters: The loose suspension arm anchor bolts may cause the suspension arm joint to collapse, resulting in a loss of control of the vehicle and increasing the risk of injury or a crash.

The fix: All of the affected vehicles are in dealer possession and owner letters do not need to be mailed. Dealers will inspect and replace the front frame, free of charge. The recall began October 8, 2020.
