Details
What's wrong: The head restraints on the second-row outer seats may be the incorrect type for the vehicle.
Why it matters: In the event of a crash, the head restraints could detach, and increase the risk of injury.
The fix: Bmw will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the head restraints, and replace them as necessary, free of charge. The recall began May 3, 2021.
