NHTSA recall 21V848000
Tires · Chrysler (FCA US, LLC)
Details
What's wrong: These vehicles may be equipped with tires that have a lesser load rating than intended for the vehicle. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "tire selection and rims."
Why it matters: The incorrect tires can result in the operator overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will replace the tires, and update the owner's manual with the correct load rating, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 21, 2021.
