Details
What's wrong: The federal certification label shows the incorrect gross axle weight rating (gawr), which can allow the vehicle to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 cfr part 567, "certification."
Why it matters: The vehicle may be overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Cruiser will send out replacement certification labels, free of charge. Owners notification letters were mailed August 15, 2022.
