What's wrong: Winnebago industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2020-2023 Winnebago View, Era, and Itasca Navion motorhomes. The retractable awning may extend unintentionally during transit.
Why it matters: An awning extending unintentionally during transit may become a distraction or road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will install a power switch and a relay to the bt12 module, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 11, 2023.
