What's wrong: Volkswagen group of america, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2022 Audi E-tron GT vehicles. A retaining ring on top of the suspension strut may come loose, resulting air loss from the strut spring.
Why it matters: An air suspension strut failure may cause a loss of vehicle handling and control, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will inspect the suspension strut and replace it, if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed February 10, 2023.
