Details
What's wrong: A stud on the frame assembly may puncture the fuel tank in a crash, which can result in a fuel leak.
Why it matters: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, remove the frame stud and apply paint, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 6, 2023.
