Details
What's wrong: The front tow eye may be inadequately threaded to the crossmember and can detach during towing.
Why it matters: A detached tow eye can separate the vehicle from the tow truck, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
The fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the front crossmember, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 26, 2024.
