Details
What's wrong: Due to a software error, the engine and electric motor may shut down unexpectedly, which can result in a loss of drive power.
Why it matters: A loss of drive power can increase the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will update the powertrain control module and engine control module software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 20, 2023.
