Details
What's wrong: The tailgate panel may detach from the mounting structure due to improper adhesive bonding that occurred during manufacturing.
Why it matters: A panel that detaches from a vehicle can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the tailgate panel as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 17, 2024.
