Details
What's wrong: The vehicle supervisory control (vsc) software may initiate and cause a powertrain shutdown as a result of internal software voltage thresholds being exceeded.
Why it matters: An unexpected powertrain shutdown can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Livewire will release an over-the-air (ota) software update. Owner notification letters were mailed March 5, 2024.
