Details
What's wrong: Affects vehicles equipped with the Transit trail package. The tires may contact the front wheel arch liner and body flange, causing damage to the tires.
Why it matters: Damaged tires may experience a sudden loss of air pressure or tread separation, causing a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will replace the tires, tire placard, and certification label, and also recalibrate the vehicle, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 26, 2025.
