Details

What's wrong: The heat shield that protects the propane tank from engine exhaust may be too short, which can cause the propane tank to become overheated.

Why it matters: A propane tank that becomes overheated increases the risk of a fire.

The fix: Dealers will install an overlapping heat shield, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 29, 2024.
