What's wrong: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Cherokee ckt20-0g travel trailers. During installation, an incorrect length screw was used to install the microwave, which allowed the screw to enter the microwave compartment.
Why it matters: The presence of a screw in the microwave compartment can cause electrical arcing, increasing the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the microwave as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 7, 2024.
