What's wrong: The exterior patio outlet may lack gfci protection when powered by the generator or shore cord.

Why it matters: An outlet without gfci protection may fail to shut off electrical power when a ground-fault occurs, increasing the risk of injury.

The fix: Dealers will install gfci protection device prior to the inverter transfer switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 11, 2024.
