Details
What's wrong: The microwave may have been incorrectly connected to a 20 amp breaker, allowing the wire to become overloaded.
Why it matters: An overloaded wire increases the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will replace the 20 amp breaker with a 15 amp breaker, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 10, 2024.
