Details
What's wrong: Affects vehicles equipped with connected touch radios (ctr). The rearview camera image may freeze when the vehicle is in reverse.
Why it matters: An inoperative rearview camera display can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will update the connected touch radio (ctr) software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 21, 2025.
