What's wrong: Volkswagen group of america, Inc. (Audi) is recalling certain 2022-2024 E-tron GT, and RS E-tron GT vehicles. The high-voltage battery may experience a short circuit within the battery module.
Why it matters: A short circuit in a high-voltage battery module increases the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will install advanced diagnostic software as the final remedy free of charge.
