Details
What's wrong: The connecting rod between the passenger wiper arm and the wiper motor may bend and separate from the wiper motor, causing the wipers to fail.
Why it matters: Inoperative windshield wipers can reduce visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will replace the passenger wiper system connecting rod, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 15, 2024, and November 22, 2024.
