Details
What's wrong: The interior step base does not adequately support the step tread.
Why it matters: The tread may detach from the step, increasing the risk of a trip and fall injury.
The fix: Dealers will replace the step riser and step treads, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 16, 2025.
