Details
What's wrong: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2025 Coachmen Catalina acat35fme travel trailers. The towing coupler may be underrated for the gross vehicle weight rating (gvwr) of the trailer.
Why it matters: An underrated towing coupler can break, allowing the trailer to detach from the tow vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will replace the coupler, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 2, 2025.
