What's wrong: Airstream, Inc. (Airstream) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Airstream classic 33', 2024-2025 classic 30', and 2025 classic 28' travel trailers. The sofa footrest switch may have underrated wiring, which can allow the wiring to overheat.
Why it matters: Overheated wires increase the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will install a reverse relay on the sofa switch assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 27, 2025.
