What's wrong: The bolts securing the front brake caliper bracket may not be tightened properly, which can result in reduced steering control, a brake fluid leak, and a loss of front brake function.
Why it matters: Reduced steering control, a brake fluid leak, and loss of front brake function increase the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the front brake caliper brackets and bolts, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 10, 2025.
