What's wrong: Winnebago industries, Inc. (Winnebago) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Commercial vehicles, equipped with a removable step assembly. The clip-on bracket mounting bolts may come loose, allowing the steps to detach.
Why it matters: Steps that detach while in use increase the risk of injury.
The fix: Dealers will inspect and repair or replace the clip-on bracket as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 20, 2025.
