Details
What's wrong: Affects vehicles equipped with lippert modularia entrance doors. The door latch mechanism may fail.
Why it matters: Door latch failure may prevent occupants from exiting the vehicle in an emergency, increasing the risk of injury.
The fix: Dealers will install a new retainer clip and install a secondary retainer to the tension rod, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 12, 2025.
