Details
What's wrong: The rearview camera screen may turn gray with no camera image.
Why it matters: An inoperative rearview camera can reduce the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: The vehicle cockpit unit (vcu) software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (ota) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 16, 2026.
