Details
What's wrong: The cargo carrying capacity (ccc) label may state an incorrect weight value. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (fmvss) number 120, âwheels and rims - other than passenger cars.â
Why it matters: Incorrect weight information can allow the vehicle to be overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash.
The fix: Dealers will replace the labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 20, 2026.
