Details
What's wrong: Affects vehicles equipped with q'straint's one-combo belt, with part number tx11258-ba. The wheelchair seat belts may have incompatible connectors and fail to properly restrain occupants.
Why it matters: Improperly restrained occupants have an increased risk of injury during a crash.
The fix: Dealers will replace the seat belt, free of charge.
