Details
What's wrong: Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2027 Salem and Wildwood travel trailers. The exterior griddle may be stowed while still connected to the lp gas line.
Why it matters: A griddle stowed while the gas is still in use can increase the risk of a fire.
The fix: Dealers will install a clamp on the griddle to ensure it cannot be stowed with gas connected, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 15, 2026.
