Details
What's wrong: The secondary hood latch rod can bind on the guide bracket and prevent engagement of the secondary latch.
Why it matters: This condition can cause the hood to fly up obstructing the driver's vision increasing the potential for a vehicle accident.
The fix: Dealers will replace the secondary hood latch bracket.
