What's wrong: Staples were used to fasten the step box on the rear corners instead of screws.

Why it matters: The weight of a person stepping onto the step box could cause the step to break loose and possibly cause personal injury.

The fix: Dealers will install a support kit which consists of two angled brackets and additional screws to support the step box.
