Details

What's wrong: Some motorcycles were produced without the application of the proper loctite adhesive on the rear brake disc and counter shaft chain sprocket screws.

Why it matters: This condition can potentially cause the brake disc to become loose, interfere with the brake caliper support plate, causing noise and reduced rear brake performance increasing the risk of an accident.

The fix: Dealers will remove, inspect, clean and reinstall the rear brake disc screws and counter shaft chain sprocket screws and apply the proper loctite adhesive.
